Cannot Initilize Graphics (Windows® 95/98)
When attempting to start Carmen Sandiego Word Detective™ on a computer with Windows® 95/98 an error message appears "Cannot Initialize Graphics." Minimum System Requirements
The following are the minimum system requirements needed to properly run Carmen Sandiego Work Detective (Network). If your system does not meet these requirements, you may not be able to run the program.
Removing a Name from the Sign-In Screen
After playing Carmen Sandiego Word Detective™, you want to remove a name from the sign-in screen. The steps to remove a name from the sign-in screen are described in this technical note.
Incompatible Version of the RPC Stub
When attempting to install the program, the message "Error 0x90070725 Incompatible version of the RPC stub" appears. An incorrect version of the OLEAUT32.DLL file in the System folder causes this issue. Downloading and installing the correct version of the OLEAUT32.DLL file should resolve the issue. Could Not Locate the File Winspool.dll

This message occurs when attempting to launch Carmen Sandiego Word Detective™ (School Edition) in Windows® 2000 or Windows® XP.
