Blank Error Message
When attempting to print or save a project in PrintMaster® 4, an error message window will appear, but there will be no text in it, just an OK button. An incorrect color setting or an outdated video driver can cause this issue. Changing the color settings and lowering the hardware acceleration should resolve the issue. |

Business Card Text Overprints
When printing business cards, the text will not align properly when the text in a text box extends beyond the printable area of a business card template. This is usually the result of an outdated or damaged printer driver. Resetting the Print Alignment in PrintMaster® 4 and updating the printer driver should resolve the issue. |

Cannot Initialize Your Own Art Collection
While running PrintMaster® 4.0, the message "Can't initialize the your own art collection" occurs. Corruption of the files that control the Your Own Art Gallery can cause this issue. Deleting the corrupt files should resolve the issue. This technical note describes the process. |

Cannot Initialize Your Own Projects
When attempting to load PrintMaster® or to access "Your Own" projects collection, the message "Cannot Initialize Your Own Projects" may appear. One or more corrupt USERPROJ or USERART files may cause this error. The issue may be resolved by deleting the USERPROJ and USERART files. |

Change the PrintMaster® Default Font
PrintMaster® 4 uses a default font of Tiempo. Editing the pmw.ini file can change this default font. |
