Business Card Text Overprints
When printing business cards, the text will not align properly when the text in a text box extends beyond the printable area of a business card template. This is usually the result of an outdated or damaged printer driver. Resetting the Print Alignment in PrintMaster® 4 and updating the printer driver should resolve the issue.

Complete the following to reset the print alignment.

Reset Print Alignment
  1. Open PrintMaster® 4 and open the business card project that is not printing properly.
  2. Click File in the menu bar and select Print. The Print window will open.
  3. Click the Advanced button.
  4. Select Print Alignment and click the Reset button at the bottom of the Printer Alignment window.
  5. Click OK on the Printer Alignment and Advanced Settings windows.
  6. Print the project again. The issue should be resolved.
NOTE: If the printing issue remains after completing the above procedures, it is recommended to update the printer driver. Contact the printer manufacturer for update information and procedures.
